Due to all items being handmade and personalized all sales are final. Due to the nature of handmade products not one of the items will always be the exact same. All customs will ALWAYS be preapproved by customer before completion of order. We do not accept exchanges or returns, if there is an error with your order please email merandascreations2026@gmail.com with 6 business days of receiving product.
